[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of his wife and to hand over her custody to him. 2.During the last hearing the detenue was produced before us and she was sent along with the petitioner. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Since the detenue was produced before this Court and she was not under illegal custody, nothing remains to be considered in this petition.
