Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents not to interfere in the petitioner`s access right to the petitioner`s rented shop and to not to interfere in rental dispute by initiating appropriate action on the petitioner`s representation dated 28.1.2022 and pass such further other order or orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper as to the facts and circumstances of this case.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. I am more than satisfied that there is nothing further to adjudicate in this contempt petition. Stair case which was demolished has been reconstructed. The petitioner's grievance is that his mobile phone and key is still retained by the local inspector. Cont. P(MD)No.711 of 2022 separate writ petition and no further relief can be granted in this petition.

3. The contempt petition is closed.
