ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.3388 of 2006 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli for the offences punishable under Sections 18(B) r/w Rule 74(d) with Schedule U I, Section 18B read with 74(d) with U II, Section 18 B read with rule 74(O) and para 21 of the schedule M, Para I of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act of 1940, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioners were absent during the trial in C.C.No.3388 of 2006 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 04.12.2017.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertakes that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.
