(MD)No.5219 of 2021 dated 09.04.2021 that he has to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.00 am until further order.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.HAJA MOHIDEEN.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHU MANICKAM, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5219 of 2021, dated 09.04.2021.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly without any deviation.
3.Heard both sides.

imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days i.e. on every second and fourth Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
