[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] This application has been filed by the father of the detenu to produce the detenu before this Court.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the detenu has been secured and thereafter she has expressed her willingness being a major to go with the boy. 3.Considering the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved.
