ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 03.03.2022 and complete the investigation.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even after lodging the complaint, the respondent police have not enquired speedily and kept the matter for a long period. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based upon the complaint received from the petitioner, the respondent police summoned both the parties to appear on 21.03.2022 and then, the police officials visited the place of occurrence, found no witnesses in support of the allegation stated in the complaint lodged by the petitioner.
