ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 364-A, 392, 397 506(ii), 34 I.P.C, in Crime No.137 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and others have kidnapped the defacto complaint, while he was coming by two wheeler and demanding a sum of Rs.1 crore. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4.Taking note of the serious allegation made as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
