Ravi, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition is filed to grant extension of time to comply with the order dated 08.02.2021 made in Crl.O.P.[MD]No.1829 of 2021. 2.This Court, by order dated 08.02.2021 made in Crl.O.P.[MD] No.1829 of 2021, directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate Court, within a period of two [2] weeks from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioner did not comply with condition, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time to surrender and execute the sureties.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the reasons stated in the petition and also considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this petition is
ordered and the time to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court is extended by one month from the date of resumption of regular work in subordinate Courts, in view of the present pandemic situation.
