ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to appoint any senior officer to probe the complaint in Crime No.45/2016 and file report in accordance with law, this petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the Sub Inspector of Police has registered a case in Crime No.45/2016 on 19.01.2016 for offences under Sections 334 IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act against four accused. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations, this Court is not inclined to transfer the case to any other agency. Police is directed to conduct the investigation in Crime No.45/2016 in accordance with law.
