O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu, namely Maharaja, aged about 38 years, Son of Chiththiraipandi. She has filed the present petition stating that the detenu was found missing from 12.12.2016 and in this regard, she has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 17.12.2016. Since no effective steps were taken to trace out the detenu so far, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the

second respondent produced the detenu before this Court. When we enquired the detenu, he had stated that since there was frequent quarrel between him and the petitioner, he left the house voluntarily and presently, he is working in Kerala. He had also stated that he is not interested in joining the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the detenu, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
