ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.240 of 2002 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Thanjavur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 437 I.P.C r/w 7(1) A(ii) of E.C. Act, 1955 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.240 of 2002 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Thanjavur. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 07.05.2018.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned learned Judicial Magistraet No.II, Thanjavur within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him.
