ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to furnish documents pertaining to the land acquisition proceedings. The said representation is dated 01.04.2024.
2. The first respondent has already forwarded the application to the Tahsildar by proceedings dated 24.07.2024.
3. In view of the above, the third respondent shall consider the request of the petitioner for furnishing the relevant documents pertaining to the land acquisition proceedings, under which, the petitioner has been deprived of his property. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No 2/4
costs.
