Prayer: This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body of the detenu namely Madhumala aged 23 years wife of the petitioner before this Court and set her at liberty.

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J) We have enquired both the petitioner and the detenue. In the presence of the petitioner, the detenue has informed us that she is with her parents, namely respondents 3 and 4 and has got no intention to join the petitioner.
