PRAYER (both W.Ps): Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned notice dated 07.03.2023 issued by the first respondent vide his proceedings Nil and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to follow the provision of the Tamilnadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960 For Petitioner :
