ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2018 seeking for cancellation of four sale deeds, all dated 29.01.2007 registered as Document Nos.174/2007, 176/2007, 177/2007, 178/2007.
2. The representation of the petitioner has already been taken on record and enquiry has already been initiated by the respondent, as seen from the proceedings of the respondent dated 23.04.2019 in Na.Ka.No.6805/A4/2018. However, no final orders have been passed.
3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent or any other party, if a direction is issued to the respondent to pass final orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and the parties to the four sale deeds referred to supra and any other necessary party, whom the respondent deems fit to enquire.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders pursuant to his proceedings dated 23.04.2019 in Na.Ka.No.6805/A4/2018 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and the parties to the four sale deeds referred to supra and any other necessary party, whom the respondent deems fit to enquire.
5. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
