ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 120(B) and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No. not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the property which belonged to the defacto complainant through power of attorney, in the year 2002, was sold to many persons and created encumbrance in the property. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. They have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public no crime has been registered against these petitioners. Petition enquiry is pending before the Land Grabbing cell.

CRL OP(MD). No.6873 of 2021 5.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are aged about 74 and 67 and in this pandemic time, they may not be appear before the concerned officer for enquiry and directions may be issued to the investigating officers to postpone the enquiry beyond the pandemic period. But such a direction cannot be given by this Court in this petition. The petitioners have to workout their remedies before the appropriate forum. 6.Since the petition enquiry is pending, this criminal original petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedies before appropriate forum.
