ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in the case in Crime No.28 of 2022 dated 06.11.2022 and file a final report before the concerned Court, 1/4

within the time stipulated by the Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on 14.12.2022 itself final report has been filed before the Special Court, Sivagangai, but it has not been taken on file so far. 3.There shall be a direction to the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Sivagangai, to process the final report as per the Rules, within the time stipulated.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
