ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue the legal heir certificate to the petitioner within a time frame, based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2014.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no rival claim, and seeks the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.11.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, which was made for issuing Legal Heirship Certificate to the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Govt. Pleader took notice for the respondent and submitted that the petitioner has not submitted any application in the statutory form.

4.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to submit a proper application along with all the required documentary evidence, to the respondent, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being made, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks therefrom. 6.With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
