When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous, as the petitioner has already been permitted to join duty and accordingly, the petitioner has also joined duty. 2.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
