Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the Impugned Order Se.Mu.Aanai.En.2289/2018/Pa1 dated 31-08-2019 on the file of the 2nd Respondent and quash the same and further directing the Respondents to provide appointment to the petitioners son in the Forest Department on the compassionate grounds. ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court, dated 28.02.2020 made in W.P(MD).No.26115 of 2019.

CONT.P.(MD)No.613 of 2020 submit that, as against the said order passed by the Writ Court, dated 28.02.2020, intra-Court appeal in W.A(MD).No.612 of 2020 was filed, where a Division Bench of this Court, by order dated 21.08.2020, has granted an interim order of stay. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and in view of the said order of stay granted by the Division Bench against the order of Writ Court, dated 28.02.2020, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, depending upon the outcome of the writ appeal referred to above, it is open to the petitioner to revive the contempt petition at later point of time, if any need arises to that effect.
