ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Alleging that the petitioner's wife namely, Dhanalakshmi, aged about 24 years and his son, namely Dhanupranesh, aged about 1 1⁄2 years are in the illegal custody, the present Habeas Corpus Petition was filed.

2. During the course of proceedings, it appears that Dhanalakshmi and Dhanupranesh appeared before this Court and the parties were referred for Mediation, where there appears to have entered into a settlement agreement on 09.07.2021. The terms of which are as under: "6.The Following settlement has been arrived at between the parties hereto:

Petitioner and his wife Dhanalakshmi have agreed to live together in the House of D.No.27, Athi Nathapuram, Alwarthirunagari Po, Nandavanacolony, for the welfare of the son. Wife is directed to ring up to her husband as and when she is free.

7. By signing this agreement the parties hereto state that they have no further claims or demands against each other with respect to HCP(MD)No.770/2021 and all disputes and differences in this regard have been amicably settled by the parties hereto through the process of Conciliation / Mediation."

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition and the same is accordingly closed.
