This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1 and 2 respondents herein to take action against the fourth respondent based on the petitioner's representations dated 29.10.2024 and 26.03.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, she lodged a complaint against the fourth respondent on 29.10.2024, but no action was taken. Thereafter, the petitioner sent the representation dated 26.03.2025 and the same has also not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, the respondent police assigned C.S.R.No.612 of 2024, dated 07.11.2024 and the same is pending for enquiry. submit that the enquiry will be completed within a period of one week. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition and recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2024 and 26.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording opportunity to both the parties.
