Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.03.2022 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has given a representation dated 08.03.2022 before the third respondent. The petitioner wants the third respondent to act on the said representation.

3.I am not going into the merits of the matter. The third respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law. Before doing so, the third respondent put the fourth and fifth respondents on notice. Such an order shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
