ORDER

The petitioner, based on a Will executed in her favour, has sought for survey of plots, which have been bequeathed to the petitioner. The petitioner has made an application on 19.03.2025 and seek for speedy disposal of the said application.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal, with the consent of Mrs.J.Padhmaavathi Devi, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The request is only for survey of her property which has been bequeathed to him under Will. The Will come into effect on the demise of the testator and hence, there can be no impediment for the respondents to proceed to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 19.03.2025. The respondents shall therefore conduct a survey after putting on notice to all interested parties and pass final orders on the petitioner's application dated 19.03.2025, within a period of eight 2/4

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
