ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S. RAMESH, J.) In the order passed in Rev.Aplc.(MD)No.262 of 2019, dated 09.07.2021, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had directed the contempt petitioner to submit her representation to the Government to extend the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.270, Higher Education (J1) Department, dated 03.12.2019 and take a decision in the matter.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the contemnors had produced a copy of the proceedings of the Commissioner dated 08.07.2022, whereby the contempt petitioner's representation was rejected. It is also stated that as against the rejection order dated 08.07.2022, the petitioner had filed a writ petition in WP(MD)No.15699 of 2022, which came to be allowed in her favour.

3. In this background, we are of the view that in view of the compliance of the order passed in Rev.Aplc.(MD)No.262 of 2019, dated 09.07.2021, no further orders are required in this petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
