2. The offending encroachment has since been removed. This submission is made by the learned Government Advocate. This assertion is endorsed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also. The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent does not dispute the same.

3. Recording the stand taken by both the parties, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
