ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of writ of mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.09.2015 seeking to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet on the file of the 2nd respondent herein.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the respondent police would submit that since there is no complaint emerged as against the petitioner, the history sheet opened against him in H.S.No.6 of 2012 has been closed by the respondent police on 21.02.2016.

3.Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required.
