ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his aged father.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the allegation of harassing the petitioner, at the instance of the respondent police is not correct and the enquiry will be completed within two weeks and the petitioner will not be called for any enquiry thereafter. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that he would cooperate with the enquiry by the respondent police. 4.In the light of the above submissions, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
