3. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a money transaction issue between the parties, over which civil suit in O.S.No.16 of 2022, is pending before the District Munsif Court, Melur and also advised to the parties to work out their remedy through civil Court.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
