ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.(3) in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 14618 of 2019 dated 21.10.2019 on the file of this Court. 2.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner, and taking note of the fact that, as per the condition imposed in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 21.10.2019, he has been paying a sum of Rs. 10,000/- every month to the second respondent and has also paid a sum of Rs.4,00,000/-, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.3 of the said order. If any grievance subsists, the parties are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum to seek remedy in accordance with law. The other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain unaltered 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
