PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the third respondent police to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein dated 17.03.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law. ORDER

According to the petitioner, he has preferred a complaint to the respondent police against the proposed accused. But so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been enquired. During the enquiry, the petitioner made a statement that the dispute between the parties is pending before the Court. Therefore, the complaint of the petitioner was closed. The copy of the closure report has also been placed before this Court.

3.In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
