Respondents PRAYER: This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records to the Detention Order passed by the second respondent in M.H.S.Confdl.No.34 of 2019 dated 02.05.2019 and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son namely Esakkimuthu alias Esakkiraja, S/o.Muthuramalingam aged about 25 years who is detained in Central Prison, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District before this Court and set him at liberty.
