Mr.B.Nambi Selvan Additional Public Prosecutor ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2674 of 2026 dated 10.02.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly..

4. Considering the nature of offence and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2674 of 2026 dated 10.02.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the 2/4

respondent police once in a month ie., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
