ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who seeks anticipatory bail, is facing charges under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that so far no case has been registered against the petitioner and only the petition enquiry is pending. He would further submit that after filing of this petition, the petitioner did not appear before the respondent police for enquiry. 3.Since no case has been registered against the petitioner so far, the question of granting anticipatory bail to him may not arise. police and cooperate with him to complete the process of investigation. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in accordance with law, if any trouble arises during the course of investigation.

4.With the aforesaid liberty and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
