ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl .O.P(MD) No.1603/2026 dated 29.01.2026. 2.Heard both sides.
3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition, the fact that the investigation in this case is also completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month, for a period of five months. Thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
