2.This Court, by an order dated 07.08.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD)No. 8204 of 2020, granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand Only] to the credit of Madras High Court Madurai Bench, Advocate Clerk's Welfare Association, Madurai-625 023 (Indian Bank Saving Account No.496039124, IFSC Code: IDIB000H040), within a period of One week without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the Trial Court.

Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the order passed by this Court dated 07.08.2020 and paid a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Madras High Court Madurai Bench, Advocate Clerk's Welfare Association, Madurai-625 023 (Indian Bank Saving Account No.496039124, IFSC Code: IDIB000H040).
