This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.23285 of 2025 dated 04.02.2026.

3.Considering the nature of offence and also the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
