ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner was already granted with anticipatory bail as per order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14738 of 2023, dated 29.01.2024. Since the petitioner has not complied with the conditions prescribed therein, he has moved this petition seeking anticipatory bail for the second time. 2.Since the earlier condition imposed by this Court is not complied with by the petitioner, this petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is directed to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 14738 of 2023, dated 29.01.2024.
