This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.103 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police as far as the petitioners are concerned. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, an FIR in crime No. 103 of 2023 has been registered, for the offences under Sections 279, 143, 188,353 and 336 of IPC. After investigation, final report has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 3.Since the prayer is to quash the FIR and now, the respondent police has already completed the investigation and filed final report and as per FIR, there are some allegations to constitute the offences, it is for the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved.

4.In view of the same, preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, this criminal original petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
