Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.GOKULRAJ.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHU MANICKAM, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5776 of 2021, dated 22.04.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, without any deviation.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the prevailing pandemic situation, the condition already https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3747 of 2021 imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days i.e. on every second and fourth Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
