Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to secure the detenue namely, S.Anusha, daughter of Selva Sivananaindha Perumal, aged 22 years and produce the person or body of the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) After hearing the parties in the morning, we have directed Mr.K.Baala Sundaram, learned counsel, who was present before this Court, to guide and give a counselling to the detenue. When the matter was taken up for hearing after post lunch session, both the detenue and the petitioner/mother of the detenue appeared again before us. The detenue viz., S.Anusha has agreed to go with the petitioner/mother today itself. The petitioner/mother of the detenue also happily agreed to take the detenue, her daughter along with her. The submissions made by both the detenue and the petitioner/mother of the detenue are recorded. 2.As the Mediator appointed by this Court within a short span of time was able to counsel both the detenue and the petitioner/mother of the detenue to sort out the issue amicably, we place on record our appreciation for the service rendered by Mr.K.Baala Sundaram, learned counsel, appointed as Mediator. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
