ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in this crime, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 477 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No.Not Known of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

No.8200 of 2020 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report or close the petition enquiry.
