2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur and the same is yet to be taken on file. The said statement is recorded.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out in the manner known to law. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
