Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 3rd respondent District Educational Officer in O.Mu.No. 5012/Aa4/2013 dated 25.5.14 (refusing approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Office Assistant in the 5th respondent school) quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent DEO to approve forthwith the appointment of the petitioner as Office Assistant and disburse the grant in aid towards the salary with all attendant benefits with effect from the date of his appointment i.e.27.11.13.

ORDER

(The order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) The prayer in the writ petition is to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent District Educational Officer in O.Mu.No. 5012/Aa4/2013 dated 25.5.14 (refusing approval of appointment of the petitioner as Office Assistant in the 5th respondent school) and to quash the same. He has sought for a further direction to the 3rd respondent DEO, to approve the appointment of the petitioner forthwith, as Office Assistant, and to disburse the grant in aid towards the salary with all attendant benefits with effect from the date of his appointment i.e.27.11.13.

2. Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader has fairly submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by a common Judgment made in W.A.(MD)Nos.888 to 891 to 2014, dated 21.07.2015.

3. Recording the said submission, the prayer in the writ petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
