ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The grievance of the petitioner is to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against the third respondent under Section 205(1)(a) of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 and remove him from the post of President.

2. Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions would submit that cause of action for filing the Writ petition to initiate proceeding under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 has become infructuous, as proceeding has already been initiated, explanation called for and action dropped.
