ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking to cancel the patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent in patta No.2078 for the property comprised in Survey No.445/1, extent of 141.50 Ares, situated at Mavathoor Revenue Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 22.04.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.R.Murugappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. 3.According to the petitioner, erroneously patta has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.8624 of 2022 issued in favour of the fourth respondent in patta No.2078 for the property owned by the petitioner. The petitioner has given a representation on 22.04.2022, seeking for restoration of his patta. 4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other parties, whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire, including granting them the right of personal hearing.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.04.2022 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner, fourth respondent and any other necessary parties, including granting them the right of personal hearing, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
