ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction against the second respondent/Tahsildar, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, to survey the land of the petitioner, measuring 3924 Sq.Ft. in Survey No.74/23 at Samuthirama Village, Manaparai Taluk, Trichy District. The petitioner had given a representation on 02.03.2023 and had paid necessary charges via e-challan on 12.12.2022. 2.The petitioner had purchased the aforementioned property by a sale deed, dated 26.08.2022, registered as Doc.No.6008/2022 in the office of Sub-Registrar, Manapparai. The petitioner has also obtained mutation of patta in his name.

3.A direction is given to the second respondent, to examine the representation of the petitioner and proceed to conduct survey of the property of the petitioner. The said exercise should be completed within a period of 2/4

twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is stands disposed. No costs.
