This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of proceedings under Section 110 of Cr.P.C.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ rowdy and the proceedings under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. have been initiated against him.
