PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the Impugned Panel List on the file of the first respondent in Proc.No.A1/2879/2019 dated 12/05/2020 and quash the same in so far as the inclusion of the name of the respondents 2 & 3 is concerned and further directing the first respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the panel for the year 2019-2020 for promotion to the post of Executive Engineer.
