This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first and second respondents not to interfere into civil dispute.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by Palanichamy, a case in Crime No.142 of 2016 has been registered against the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
